Responsibilities

• Responsible for all import and export of Festo and 3rd party parts.
• Execute day to day material management tasks including PO conversion.
• Supports stock take preparation and updates.

Logistic Executive

Job Overview

Responsible for all import/export and material management matters in logistic and Production, and to ensure effective execution to meet targets and business requirement.

Job Description

• Responsible for all import and export of Festo and 3rd party part for delivery and production including:
• Cross check PIB and preparation of custom documentation
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, forwarders and brokers to ensure on time custom clearance and compliance with import/export regulation
• Proper documentation control and checks to ensure integrity in record keeping
• Preparation for custom audit, if needed
• Support for Order deliveries:
• Preparation of delivery documentations to forwarders for deliveries.
• Update delivery tracking in SAP
• Execute day to day material management tasks including:
• PO conversion
• Return goods management
• Manage return goods in accordance to local procedures I.e Handle Service & Repair return, co-ordinate warranty claim (ICM)
• Scrap processing
• Coordinate and update Engineering Changes Notification (ECN)
• Warehouse Support
• Supports stock take preparation and updates
• Supports any other logistics tasks as requested
  

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in supply chain or related discipline
• Min. 2-3 years of logistics or supply chain experience, logistic industry preferred
• Resourceful, self motivated, able to thrive in a fast moving and uncertain environment, autonomous problem solving ability
• Good in written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS offices and SAP
