Logistic Custom Process Supervisor

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

• Invoice & Rate Management: Validate shipment rates, coordinate with 3PL for rate issues, and send approved invoices to Project Managers and finance. Track and allocate charges per project.
• Shipping & Documentation: Prepare (GIRF) for export documents, monitor import permits, and coordinate with Control Tower for shipments.
• Warehouse Coordination: Manage stock and non-stock material tracking, update manual reports, and ensure timely delivery and collection.
• System & Reporting: Handle SAP transactions (OBR, SO, material movement), monitor KPI achievements, and present monthly performance updates.
• Communication & Support: Act as the main contact for requesters, support urgent needs beyond working hours, and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Returns & Defect Handling: Oversee defective material returns, coordinate repairs, and manage scrap processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure no pending reverse logistics, monitor remote area deliveries, and follow up on overdue materials.
