Logistic Business Solution Specialist

Analyze customer requirements and conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for logistics projects.

Evaluate operational, regulatory, and business aspects to ensure proposed solutions are viable and sustainable.

Design tailored logistics solutions that integrate customer needs, operational capacity, and compliance standards.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to validate and implement proposed solutions.

Ensure all logistics solutions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency improvements within logistics operations.

Monitor market trends and industry innovations to recommend competitive and up-to-date solutions.

Document best practices and share technical knowledge with internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in logistics business solutions, supply chain management, or a similar role within the logistics industry.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and design customized logistics solutions.

Proficient in using logistics management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to support strategic solution development.

Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple customization projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good understanding of logistics regulations and industry best practices.
