Logistic Business & Service Analyst Manager

Lead and manage logistics operational support functions (warehouse & distribution) in general administration, data management, reporting, and operational system development. Responsible for preparing data-driven business analysis, aligning user needs with technology development (BRD/PRD), and ensuring administrative support runs efficiently and meets operational standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics, with exposure to system development and data analysis.
3. Proficient in Ms. Excel (advanced), reporting tools (Power BI/Google Looker/Tableau), and ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
4. Experience in preparing BRD/PRD and collaborating with IT teams.
5. Detail-oriented, systematic, and analytical thinker with a focus on system solutions based on business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage and ensure all warehouse & distribution operational administration processes are organized, accurate, and follow procedures.
2. Prepare, manage, and analyze operational data to produce reports and insights supporting management decision-making.
3. Develop BRD (Business Requirement Document) and PRD (Product Requirement Document) as a basis for developing and improving logistics operational systems.
4. Collaborate with IT Development, operational, and business stakeholders to design system solutions that meet user needs.
5. Act as a bridge between users and system developers during testing, UAT (User Acceptance Test), and new system implementation.
6. Manage master data, SOPs, and operational forms for logistics.
7. Supervise administrative support teams (if applicable) and ensure their performance meets targets.
8. Conduct regular evaluations of technology needs and systems to support distribution and warehouse process efficiency.
9. Prepare and submit performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
