Logistic and Warehouse Manager - Kudus, Central Java

Plan, organize, manage, and execute all warehouse and logistics operations related to tobacco and cloves efficiently and effectively.

Develop, implement, and enforce all policies and procedures related to the warehousing and logistics of tobacco and cloves.

Ensure safe storage with attention to a clean environment, pest control, storage duration, optimal humidity and temperature, and best warehouse handling practices to maintain the quality of tobacco and cloves.

Establish order processing and fulfillment systems, driving high-quality, efficient, and effective service levels.

Oversee planning and control functions for the entire supply chain of tobacco and cloves, including inventory availability, inbound and outbound logistics, accurate recording and reporting, and ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.

Foster a work environment that encourages open and positive team communication by setting clear expectations and communicating the Company’s goals and objectives.

Improve employee performance through development initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities in a competitive work environment, while preparing future leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major

At least 15 years of relevant experience in a similar field

Willing to be based in Kudus, Central Java
