Job description

Understand import/export HS codes for related products, applicable tax rates, and preferential origin treatments. Before cargo arrival, coordinate logistics in advance: confirm with forwarders required documentation and procedures (e.g., original B/L exchange documents, customs documentation), ensure all documents are sent out in time. Supervise agents to provide a customs draft before cargo arrival, review and confirm accuracy, proceed with declaration and tax payment, and arrange timely clearance and port-side logistics to avoid extra charges.

Update inventory status every workday morning and share with relevant sales managers. On Monday mornings, summarize the weekly inventory status (as of Sunday) and send to the logistics manager for verification. Conduct monthly reconciliation with cooperating warehouses and request formal inventory confirmation reports from them.

For imported containers, request quotations from logistics providers, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery to clients or warehouses. For domestic warehouse cargo, arrange transport based on client’s requested delivery time, including pricing negotiation and dispatch. For export shipments, proactively consult with logistics agents for full quotation (including trucking, export-related fees, sea freight), negotiate terms, and arrange transport accordingly.

Track cargo movement status and coordinate logistics-related documentation with sales and clients. Collect relevant materials based on client needs and internal department requirements.

Prepare logistics documents including contracts, packing lists, invoices, proof of receipt, delivery instructions, outbound slips, etc. All logistics movement must strictly follow company protocols and be processed with officially stamped company documents.

Maintain a consolidated record of all used logistics quotations for future reference and cost analysis.

Statistical work (5%) :

1. Make invoices as required by the contract and make forms (Including:delivery form, monthly PPN23 form, invoice record form, those should made every month, but in small workload, someone will teach you).

2. Make and updatethe Indonesia Import Tax and Fee Form (2-5 times a month, very few times).

Human resourcesand Administrative work(5%) :

1. Export the BPJS kesehatan billsand details from the national BPJS system before the 5th of each month (it needs to be done every month and is very simple).

2. Learn BPJS kesehatanenrollment and Reduction (Rarely encountered).

3. When new employees join the company, collect their information and data (rarely encountered).

4. Translate the specified English document into Indonesian (Rarely).

5. Receive external personnel from the company (Such as clients and interviewees).

6. Assist the leader in completing other tasks.

Job Benefits Details:

1. The work location is in west Jakarta, and work hours are from 8:30-11:30 am and 1:00-5:00 pm fromMonday to Friday. The work is 7 hours a day, with weekends off(Saturday and Sunday) and statutory holidays off.But no overtime fee.

2. Salary structure: Basic salaryofRp 5,500,000-6,500,000 commission, excluding personal BPJSand PPH21. Monthly salary will be paid at the end of the month.

3. Buy BPJS kesehatan and BPJS ketenagakerjaan, annual leave 12 days, afternoontea, annual meetings.

4. Please pay attention to that: Excluding BPJS personal pay and PPH21 pay. No meal and shelter.

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Proficient in written English, capable of verbal communication; can use English as a working language.

3. Prior experience in foreign trade logistics, import/export follow-up, or logistics operation is preferred.

4. Willing to respond to occasional client-related inquiries outside of regular working hours (low frequency).

5. Willing to respond tocomplete different kinds of work, but the main job is logistics.
