Job summary

Leading Indonesian logistics and port services group is seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Consolidation Manager to oversee Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Financial Reporting across multiple entities and units. You will drive group consolidation, ensure PSAK compliance, and steward intercompany transactions.

The role requires a strong background in accounting policies, internal controls, and stakeholder management, with proven leadership in large corporate environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance & Tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably within relevant industries.
• Experience in a publicly listed company (Tbk) or large-scale corporate environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Accounting, Finance, and Tax operations across multiple entities and business units, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage group financial consolidation, including intercompany reconciliation, elimination entries, consolidated financial statements, and management reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of standalone and consolidated financial reports in accordance with PSAK and applicable regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, audits, tax compliance, and treasury activities to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Drive standardization of accounting policies, reporting frameworks, SOPs, and internal controls across subsidiaries, branches, and sites.

This role will play a key leadership position in overseeing Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Financial Reporting activities across multiple entities and business units, ensuring accurate group financial consolidation, compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and corporate governance standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
