Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia is seeking a qualified candidate for the position responsible for delivering budgeted sales (Sell In and Sell Out, NSR) and profit (NCM) for the Local Foodstores they control in the area. This role involves leading key account strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, innovative volume-driving promotional programs, and implementation of defined packaging to achieve profitable growth volume and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for account development and overall management process, including establishing and managing business partnerships and negotiating with respective accounts to achieve the best possible implementation of the company’s market execution.
  • Lead negotiation processes with local accounts, including Trading Term agreement processes and other negotiation processes (Business Plan).
  • Align forecast with local account actual conditions and develop action plans to achieve forecast.
  • Monitor and review existing account performance regularly to evaluate compliance with agreed contracts.
  • Align with internal teams (Sales GT, Sales MT, Commercial Development, CSSC & Finance) to build sustainable business processes for serving customers.
  • Optimize company program implementation in respective accounts as per plan and propose investment recommendations (pricing strategies, assets, promotions, displays, programs, etc.) for respective accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales/account management. Expertise in account management (knowledge of local foodstore accounts is an advantage).
  • Highly disciplined and eager to achieve.
