Responsibilities:
As a Livestream Monitoring Coach at City Explorer, you will ensure the technical, content, and community standards of livestreams across our platform. You will supervise both individual streamers (Explorers) and business streamers (Bizplorers), guiding them toward delivering high-quality, compliant, and engaging content.
Your responsibilities include:
Stream Supervision: Actively monitoring live sessions to ensure they meet our standards for technical quality, viewer interaction, and educational value.
Quality Control: Evaluating audio, video, stability, and framing across multiple livestreams. Reporting issues and ensuring corrective actions.
Streamer Support: Offering real-time guidance to Explorers and Bizplorers. Assisting with on-stream troubleshooting and performance feedback.
Community Moderation: Reviewing chat activity during streams and addressing any inappropriate or disruptive interactions.
Performance Tracking: Documenting livestreamer activity and progress. Preparing performance summaries and stream quality reports.
Coaching & Development: Providing personalised coaching sessions. Supporting Explorers in content planning and delivery based on platform guidelines and assigned briefs.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
English Fluency: Very fluent in English (C2 level or higher), both written and verbal.
Technical Awareness: Familiarity with livestreaming tools, mobile video setup, basic troubleshooting, and visual/audio quality assessment.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify content violations, technical flaws, and areas for improvement across multiple simultaneous streams.
Analytical Thinking: Capable of providing clear, actionable feedback based on livestream performance and platform standards.
Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of diverse audiences and respect for global community norms.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with rotating shifts and evolving content formats.
