About the Role

Rosé All Day is on the lookout for a Livestream Host who’s confident on camera, passionate about beauty, and loves connecting with people in real-time. If you know how to keep an audience engaged, sell with charm, and thrive in a fast-paced digital space—this one’s for you.

As our Livestream Host, you’ll take center stage on platforms like TikTok and Shopee to showcase our products, share beauty tips, and create fun, interactive experiences that turn viewers into loyal customers. You’ll also work closely with our creative team to bring content ideas to life and support marketing initiatives beyond the stream.

If you’re someone who lives and breathes beauty trends, knows your way around livestream tools, and can keep the energy high while staying informative and genuine—we’d love to see you shine on screen with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for hosting live streams in TikTok and/or another channel.
• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets as a contribution to driving revenue.
• Selling products by actively encouraging existing and new customers through live stream sessions.
• Master the product knowledge of the company's product to be promoted in the live streaming.
• Help the creative team to create promotional content through videos.
• Assist with other social media and marketing-related tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or social media marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with audiences.
• Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry influencers.
• Proficiency in using live streaming platforms and related tools (e.g., OBS Studio, Streamlabs, Restream).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
