Qualifications

• Confident, communicative, and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Interest or experience in live streaming or live selling.
• Familiar with using TikTok Live and/or Shopee Live.
• Understand basic use of OBS (audio, camera, scene, switching).
• Ready to work with shift systems, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions according to determined schedules
• Present products in an attractive, communicative, and persuasive manner to audiences
• Explain product features, advantages, prices, and promotions clearly
• Interact actively with viewers through chat, Q&A, and comments during live
• Encourage engagement and sales during live sessions
• Follow scripts, briefs, and team directions before and during live streaming
• Maintain appearance, attitude, and positive energy during live
• Collaborate with content, sales, and operational teams
• Conduct brief evaluations after live for performance improvement
• Execute other tasks assigned by supervisors related to live streaming activities
