Job summary

Une société innovante dans la technologie de diffusion en direct, basée à Jakarta, recherche un Opérateur de Streaming en Direct pour coordonner les productions d'événements. Vous serez responsable de la préparation technique, de la coordination avec l'équipe et de l'assurance d'un déroulement fluide pendant les diffusions. Si vous avez au moins un an d'expérience dans le domaine, un bon sens de la communication et la capacité de travailler sous pression, veuillez postuler.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in live streaming/event production.
• Able to work quickly and withstand pressure.
• Time discipline and meticulous to technical details.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the broadcast location and ensure equipment is ready.
• Give cues to the host and maintain order during the broadcast.
• Supervise dismantling equipment after the broadcast.

Job description

Prepare the broadcast location and ensure all equipment is ready to use (camera, lighting, microphone, props).

Coordinate with the host, guests, and technical team.

Provide a rundown briefing and position of each personnel in the field.

During Broadcast:

Give cues to the host or crew according to the event flow.

Maintain order at the broadcast location and prevent external interference.

Communicate directly with the director if there are sudden changes.

Ensure the time between broadcast segments runs smoothly.

After Broadcast:

Supervise the process of dismantling equipment and rearranging the location.

Prepare technical field reports if needed.

Provide feedback to the production team for evaluation.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in live streaming / event production (preferred).

Able to work quickly, multitask, and withstand pressure.

Good communication & team coordination skills.

Time discipline and meticulous to technical details.

Ready to work flexibly, including nights or weekends if needed.

Added Value (Optional):

Understand technical basics such as camera operation, audio mixer, or OBS.

Experienced in e-commerce broadcasts (Shopee Live, TikTok Live, etc.).

Neat appearance and communicative in the field.
