Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming & Content Production
2. Host high-energy TikTok live streams (3-5 times weekly) featuring product launches, vape culture events, and behind-the-scenes factory/retail tours.
3. Create engaging short-form videos (15-60s) for TikTok/Instagram Reels, blending entertainment with product education.
4. On-Location Hosting
5. Conduct outdoor broadcasts at key venues (e.g., music festivals, pop-up stores, partner retailers) to drive real-time engagement.
6. Collaborate with influencers and local communities for co-hosted events.
7. Audience Interaction
8. Respond to live comments in Bahasa Indonesia and English, fostering a loyal follower base.
9. Moderate discussions while adhering to vape advertising regulations (e.g., age verification reminders).
10. Brainstorm viral concepts leveraging Indonesian trends (e.g., "banget culture," local memes).
11. Analyze performance metrics (average watch time, follower growth) to optimize content.
12. Compliance & Safety
13. Ensure all content meets Indonesia’s vape advertising guidelines (no under-18 visibility, health disclaimers).
14. Coordinate with legal teams to pre-approve scripts for regulated topics.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years as a live stream host, TV presenter, or digital content creator, preferably in vape, FMCG, or entertainment industries.
• Portfolio: Demo reels showcasing on-camera charisma and audience engagement skills (TikTok/Instagram links required).
• Language: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (native-level) and English (professional proficiency).
• Technical Skills:
• Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot) for quick social cuts.
• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE Studio, streaming equipment (e.g., ring lights, mics).
• Personality: High energy, improvisational skills, and ability to handle live technical glitches.
