Job summary

JAPFA, a leading agribusiness, is seeking an assistant to supervise procurement operations and transactional workflows. You will coordinate sourcing activities, manage purchase orders, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely, compliant fulfillment.

You will monitor procurement policy adherence, review documents for accuracy, and support supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution. Escalation of risks, delays, or policy deviations to supervisors is part of the role.
