Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement activities in line with supply chain and business requirements
• Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding processes
• Support purchase order processing, contract documentation, and procurement administration
• Monitor supplier delivery, quality, and compliance with agreed terms
• Support cost tracking, spend analysis, and savings documentation
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on procurement requests and timelines
• Support reporting, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives
