Job summary

Carsurin in Jakarta is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Head Office in West Jakarta, handling litigation and associated pre-litigation tasks. A law degree with PKPA/PERADI certification and at least two years in litigation are required.

You will manage corporate governance, contracts, and compliance, delivering clear legal reports and analyses. Travel to branch areas is expected; prior industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation scope and PERADI/PKPA certification.
• Experience in pre-litigation and litigation.
• Experience in corporate governance, contracts, or compliance.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, securities and contract law.
• Willing to travel to branch areas.
• Prior industry experience preferred.
• Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
