Job description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about real estate? Do you enjoy turning property data into visually appealing listings? KLS Property is looking for a Listing Officer to manage and maintain our growing portfolio of premium land and villa listings across Bali, Lombok, and Sumba.

In this role, you'll be responsible for uploading and updating listings on our website and platforms, keeping track of availability, and using basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) to create high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Upload and manage villa and land listings on the website and platforms
• Ensure accurate, complete property details (descriptions, specs, pricing, location, visuals)
• Track listing statuses and availability regularly
• Collaborate with agents, owners, and the marketing team
• Use basic graphic design tools to enhance listing visuals
• Maintain digital organization (folders, sheets, cloud files)
• Assist with website content support and listing quality control

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property, or digital content management
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools required)
• Familiar with websites, spreadsheets, and online platforms
• Good communication skills in English
