Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Legal and Licensing Specialist to assist in all document and license matters for our operations in Indonesia. You will manage licenses in the PSM, handle social issues, and prepare status reports on permissions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in Law, has 4+ years in licensing processes within plantation companies, and can work independently or in a team, meeting deadlines while negotiating effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in licensing processes in plantation companies.
• Experience with FPKMS and partnerships with communities around the plantation preferred.
• Strong negotiation and ability to work independently or in a team; multitasking; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist user for all Document and License matters.
• Take care of the licenses in the PSM.
• Create a status report of permissions.
