Qualifications

Job description

Handling land acquisition process, include but not limited to:

1. Identifying and assessing potential land but not limited to reporting, document check, conducting physical soil examination, and land measurement activities.
2. Negotiating and securing land.
3. Managing the acquisition process starting from land price negotiation until issuing the land ownership certificate.
4. Maintain relationship with the land authority or BPN, and other local authorities.
5. Ensuring compliance of land acquisition but not limited to Indonesia Laws and regulations.
6. Stay up to date on relevant Laws, Regulations, and Industry Best Practice.

Handling compliance, include but not limited to:

1. Ensures the company adheres to regulatory requirement by Regulatory knowledge, and stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practice include with E-reporting system or another online system that is created by Government.
2. Maintain compliance programs and policies.
3. Identify and manage compliance risks at site.
4. Communicate compliance requirements to each PIC at site.
5. Maintain relationship with the authorities.
6. Maintain documentation or records of compliance activities.
7. Provide guidance and recommendations on compliance letter.
8. Investigate potential compliance violations and implement corrective actions.
9. Support license & permit officer to acquired new or renewal permit that is required by company.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from Geography.
2. 5 years of experiences in related field (License, Permit, Compliance).
3. Familiar and able to operate ArcGIS Professional Software is mandatory required.
4. Familiar with Government Application System such as AMDALNET system, PTSP E-Application, OSS System, SICERDAS system, SIMPONI system, etc.
5. Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
6. Familiar and able to operate GPS tool and Drone.
7. Power Plant or Petrochemical experiences is an advantage.
