The Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training is seeking two LET Instructor III positions within the Training Operations Division, In-Service Training Branch – Patrol Section. This recruitment targets qualified individuals to support law enforcement training programs and field operations.

The Department of Criminal Justice Training is pleased to announce the following job opportunity for two (2) LET Instructor III positions within the Training Operations Division – In-Service Training Branch – Patrol Section (requisition number 25-06851). What To Expect When You Apply

• As an applicant, you will be assessed by the Kentucky Personnel Cabinet and DOCJT to determine suitability for the open position.
• Selected candidates will be notified and offered an interview by DOCJT.
• The hiring agency will then submit the top three applicants to the Division of Career Opportunities (DCO).
• The DCO reviews selected candidates to determine if all state personnel requirements have been met.
• DOCJT makes a job offer to the top candidate approved by the DCO.
• Applicants not selected during the process will be notified through the MyPurpose portal.
• Applicants not selected can reapply for any open position for which they qualify.
• The hiring process must be completed within 90 days.
