What you will do
- Organize, manage, and ensure effective communication of product ideas, requests, and updates to the Sales team.
- Monitor and ensure proper setup of products and distribution of promotional communications through all marketing channels, both external and internal.
- Maintain product evaluation by identifying achievements and pain points in sales performance across all products.
- Innovate processes, approaches, and design of responsible products to achieve and surpass targets.
- Identify gaps and pain points in the customer journey related to products and collaborate with other divisions to turn these into commercial offerings.
- Ensure product acceptance through review of training materials, marketing communications, visuals, and accuracy of product information.
We welcome talents with the following requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in product planning, pricing, forecasting, and sales campaigns within the financing or banking industry.
- Preferably knowledgeable about Lending products and possess a business development mindset.
- Ability to analyze, report, communicate results, perform root cause analysis, and develop enhancements or corrective actions.
- Experience in planning, pricing, forecasting products, and analyzing the effectiveness/ROI of sales campaigns.
- Good presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven, customer-oriented, and proactive in sourcing opportunities.
- Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, high-demand environment.
- Exposure to Business Development and end-to-end Product Development activities within Lending or P2P environments is advantageous.
