Job description

Inviting you to join the excitement of holding a role that involves managing product assignment from development, testing, to implementation of new products, services, and features. This will support our ability to attract and retain customers and enhance our sales competitiveness.

What you will do

  • Organize, manage, and ensure effective communication of product ideas, requests, and updates to the Sales team.
  • Monitor and ensure proper setup of products and distribution of promotional communications through all marketing channels, both external and internal.
  • Maintain product evaluation by identifying achievements and pain points in sales performance across all products.
  • Innovate processes, approaches, and design of responsible products to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Identify gaps and pain points in the customer journey related to products and collaborate with other divisions to turn these into commercial offerings.
  • Ensure product acceptance through review of training materials, marketing communications, visuals, and accuracy of product information.

We welcome talents with the following requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in product planning, pricing, forecasting, and sales campaigns within the financing or banking industry.
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Lending products and possess a business development mindset.
  • Ability to analyze, report, communicate results, perform root cause analysis, and develop enhancements or corrective actions.
  • Experience in planning, pricing, forecasting products, and analyzing the effectiveness/ROI of sales campaigns.
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, customer-oriented, and proactive in sourcing opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, high-demand environment.
  • Exposure to Business Development and end-to-end Product Development activities within Lending or P2P environments is advantageous.
