How did it all start?

Job Description
  • Responsible for increasing the number of new loan customers
  • Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management
  • Implementing work plans and marketing strategies for loan products that are effective and in accordance with market segmentation (SME & Commercial)
  • Prepare, process, and analyze loan application proposals
  • Responsible to make Credit Proposal (New and Renew)
  • Examine possible credit structure which it suits the best for the Customer and the Bank Determine creditworthiness
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Head of Area or related is a must
  • Experience in SME & Commercial products for at least 10 years
  • Having an SME & Commercial customer database
  • Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
