Hyatt Regency Bali, a beachfront resort in Sanur, invites you to join us as Cluster Assistant Sales Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing the Leisure market segment.

You will build relationships with Travel Management Companies, corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and leisure partners, while shaping rate strategies and identifying new business opportunities to maximize occupancy and market share.

Qualifications

• This position is Indonesian-only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in premium or luxury hospitality.
• Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and account management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong business acumen and market analysis skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Results-driven, proactive and customer-focused.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
• Flexibility to attend client meetings, sales calls and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing and managing the Leisure market segment.
• Build and strengthen relationships with TMCs, corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, and leisure partners.
• Develop dynamic rate strategies and proactively identify new business opportunities and target geographies to maximize occupancy, market share and revenue.
