Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing leisure centres or similar facilities.
• Experience in financial management, marketing, and program development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for leisure facilities.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams in a Tangerang-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the leisure centre, including program delivery, facility maintenance, and staff management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program offerings, membership, and community engagement.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
