Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage IP portfolios, including trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
Lead litigation strategy, managing external counsel and representing the company in disputes.
Provide legal advisory support across departments on matters relating to product compliance, brand protection, and regulatory enforcement.
Support enforcement actions against counterfeit and infringement issues.
Monitor legal risks and developments in relevant laws and regulations.
Work cross-functionally to support marketing, R&D, commercial, and supply chain teams.
Provide training and awareness to internal stakeholders on IP and dispute-related matters.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
A qualified lawyer with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Proven expertise in intellectual property law and litigation, preferably in the FMCG or related consumer goods/manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of local IP regulations, brand protection strategies, and litigation processes.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; able to convey legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, business-minded, and solution-oriented with high integrity and professionalism.
