We are seeking an experienced Legal Risk & Compliance Professional to join the team at PT Samsung SDS Global SCL Indonesia. As a fulltime role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, this position will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and ensuring compliance across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing expert legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and compliance matters
• Overseeing the development, implementation and monitoring of internal control frameworks and compliance policies
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating legal and compliance risks for the business
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
• Leading training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong culture of compliance
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and industry regulations
• Supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of governance

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar legal risk and compliance role, ideally within the transport or logistics industries
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards applicable to the business
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance frameworks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
