Legal Relationship Officer (3-months contract)

Purpose of Role

The Legal Relations Officer at Bobobox will handle licensing, collaboration, and oversee ongoing projects with local residents, customary leaders, and local government. They will also deal with issues that arise in ongoing or completed projects.

What you will do:

• Negotiate development permits with external parties
• Act as liaison between employees and management
• Represent the company in meetings with relevant agencies
• Handle employment and industrial relations cases
• Manage company member work permits
• Monitor project development from a legal perspective

You will fit in this job if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a legal relations officer (preferably in the hospitality industry)
• Are familiar with limited liability company regulations and licensing laws
• Can prepare correspondence documents and handle licensing for the company, and represent the company legally
• Are willing to be placed in Bandung and travel out of town as required
