Job description:
Oversee and manage client property-related projects from initiation to completion. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients at all stages.
Prepare and submit applications in accordance with EMERHUB’s SOPs and systems.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant government regulations and requirements.
Provide structured advice to clients regarding property rentals and acquisitions.
Promote and upsell EMERHUB’s property-related services as part of client engagement.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their property goals and preferences.
Stay updated on property market trends, pricing, and legal changes to deliver accurate advice.
Provide professional legal consultation on property law, real estate transactions, land acquisition, and zoning regulations.
Draft, review, and analyze contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure full legal compliance.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including legal research, site inspections, ownership verification, and zoning analysis.
Support or lead negotiations with external parties (e.g., property owners, government agencies, notaries) to secure favorable transaction terms and resolve any legal issues.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in (Economic / Public Policy / Law / Business Administration / Engineering / International Relations) from a reputable university.
At least 1 year of experience in (Government Relations / CRM / General Affairs / Customer Relations / Business Development).
Client-oriented person.
Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing & Listening).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
