CIMB Sumatera is looking for an EBB Area Legal Operations Specialist to support the Area Legal Head in Sumatera. The role involves handling special assignments and research, and assisting in daily risk management for SME and Micro Linkage transactions within the coverage area.

You will provide legal services including drafting, reviewing, and offering opinions, with a focus on pre-litigation, aligned to SME and Micro Linkage activities in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Area Legal Head as alternate.
• Assist in special assignments or research.
• Assist in managing legal risk on daily SME and Micro Linkage transactions within the coverage area.
• Provide legal services including drafting, reviewing, advising opinions, and pre-litigation related to SME and Micro Linkage within the coverage area.
