Legal Advice: Providing legal guidance to management on various issues, including contracts, compliance, and litigation.

Document Management: Managing and organizing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and permits.

Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Legal Due Diligence: Conducting legal investigations and assessments, often in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Contract Review and Negotiation: Reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements with third parties.

Litigation Support: Assisting in litigation matters, including preparing legal documents and representing the company in court.

Legal Research: Conducting legal research to support various legal matters within the company.

Qualification

Law Degree: A bachelor's degree in law (S1 Hukum) is the standard requirement from a reputable university.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as legal staff or in a related legal field with corporate jobs & law firms.

Strong Legal Skills: In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, legal research, and legal analysis.

Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal professionals, and to negotiate effectively.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a large volume of legal documents and information.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Indonesian & English (is a must).
