Qualifications:

• Minimum Master's Degree (S2) in Law,
• Having minimum 10 years of experience as a Corporate Legal lead with substantial experience across a wide range of legal practices, especially in handling Industrial Relation and Corporate Litigation,
• Experience in the Maritime Logistic industry is preferred,
• Holds a PERADI Certification,
• Strong legal analysis and strategic thinking skills,
• Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulations related to Maritime Logistic,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment,
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice and support on a variety of corporate and commercial matters,
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, contracts, and legal instruments,
• Ensuring the company operates in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies,
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks to protect the company's interests,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic initiatives,
