We are seeking strong and qualified candidates for the position of Legal Manager at PT. Niki Real Estate, a company focused on development and property building with locations across Bali Island, including:

Position: Legal Manager

As Legal Manager, you will lead the Legal Team to ensure all actions, transactions, and compliance meet applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include anticipating necessary permits and certifications, handling document preparation, negotiating transactions involving C-level stakeholders, and leading initiatives such as company restructuring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Legal Team to address the company's legal needs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Possess deep understanding of corporate law
• Advise on legal implications of corporate structures, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
• Lead legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
• Oversee due diligence, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate legal documentation
• Manage transactions requiring legal review or intervention
• Anticipate legal requirements for business operations
• Advise on regulatory compliance and represent the company in government interactions
• Counsel C-level executives and management on legal matters
• Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks and seize opportunities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Law from a reputable university
• Minimum of 7 years PQE, with at least 2 years as Head of Legal or Senior Associate at a reputable law firm
• Experience or strong understanding of construction regulations is preferred
• Experience in reputable law firms is highly desirable
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Residing in Bali or willing to relocate; priority given to candidates in Bali, placement in Denpasar
• Registered lawyer with valid certificates and licenses
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Smart, flexible, open-minded
