Legal Litigation & Dispute Settlement Analyst

• Provide support for non-litigation handling of AR Bad Debt cases
• Provide assistance to users regarding any disputes that arise or take legal action, both assistance in facing authorized law enforcement agencies and in dealing with other third parties
• Provide assistance to users regarding any potential disputes that occur at SERA Group with other third parties
• Building a network with law enforcement institutions, legal consultants/lawyers
• Ensure lead time for the review process and draft customer and vendor contracts in a timely manner

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law with minimum GPA. 3,00
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of litigation law and procedures
