Une entreprise recherche un assistant juridique qui effectuera des revues de contrats, fournira des conseils juridiques et gérera les affaires juridiques liées aux litiges. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en droit, une expérience pertinente, et des compétences en communication efficace en anglais.
Perform thorough contract reviews, analyse legal cases, and provide accurate and effective legal opinions and advice for the company's litigation cases.
Ensure timely filing of cases, monitor their progress, and provide regular updates to the relevant division leaders.
Prepare necessary documents for both internal and external use.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, legal partners, notaries, and government officials.
Handle both criminal and civil cases occurring within the corporate environment (Pidana, Perdata, and TUN).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable University.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in corporate legal, litigation, and commercial law.
Preferably possess an advocate license.
Good understanding of laws and regulations, with the ability to stay updated, be proactive, and take initiative.
The applicants must be willing travel for business purposes as required.
