1. Draft, review, and revise relevant contracts; provide legal advice on issues arising from the functions team.

2. Prepare legal documents related to the supply chain for the company's business operations.

3. Issue legal suggestions or opinions on legal compliance in accordance with relevant Indonesia laws and regulations.

4. Review and revise contracts with vendors to meet specific requirement needs.

5. Provide legal support for obtaining relevant permits, licenses, and other matters required for business needs.

6. Offer legal advice related to functional needs matters.

7. Manage agreements and contracts.

8. Coordinate discussions to finalize agreements with all related functions.
