Our Client is a Foreign Company of Financial Intuition based in South Jakarta, looking for a professional as Legal, Compliance & HR Manager.
Main Duties:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's legal, compliance, and human resources functions.
This position ensures that company operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and foster a productive and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Legal & Compliance function:
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., employment law, business law, data privacy, etc.),
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and other departments on business and operational issues,
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents,
- Manage and oversee all litigation, mediation, or arbitration proceedings involving the company,
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify and mitigate potential legal and compliance risks,
- Maintain relationships with external parties such as regulators, legal counsel, and government agencies.
Human Resources function:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding,
- Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labor laws,
- Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration,
- Handle industrial relations issues, including conflict mediation and employee grievance resolution,
- Develop training and development programs to improve employee competency,
- Ensure HR documentation (such as employment contracts/PKWT/PKWTT, employee personal data, etc.) is managed securely and in accordance with regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university,
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in corporate law, compliance, or a combination with HR management. Minimum 3-5 years with Legal & HR Management or Experience in a relevant industry is an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills needed:
- In-depth understanding of business law, employment law, and applicable regulations in Indonesia,
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions,
- Strong managerial and leadership skills,
- Highly meticulous, organized, and able to work under pressure,
- Proficiency in English,
- Proficiency in essential computer applications: specifically Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
