Job summary

PT PFI Mega Life Insurance seeks a legal/compliance professional to draft, review, and execute contracts while advising on protecting the company’s interests. You will manage litigation and pre-litigation matters, investigations, and provide advisory support to business units.

The role also covers corporate secretarial duties, board meetings, and regulatory compliance across product development, marketing, SOPs, and claims processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law with minimum 3 years of experience in legal or compliance roles.
• Experience in legal drafting, legal review, legal affairs, and legal due diligence.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Advocate certification/license is preferred, and AAMAI/LOMA certification is an advantage.
