A well-respected company is looking for a Legal Assistant to support its legal team in managing documentation related to land acquisition projects. The role requires a Bachelor of Law degree and 3+ years of experience in the energy or land acquisition sectors. Candidates must be proficient in English and have a good command of MS Office. This position may involve overseas travel.

Qualification
1. Bachelor of Law with 3+ year of experience in Energy/Land Acquisition/Due Diligence industry
2. Able to speak English and writing report in English
3. Able to operate MS. Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
4. Willing to do oversea business travel
Responsibility
1. Assisting Legal Team to manage documentation aspects relating to legal matters with main focus on the land acquisition matters for potential projects.
2. Assisting Legal team by preparing and submitting applications for company legal licenses and permits.
3. Interface with government offices on behalf of the Legal and Business Development teams.
4. Providing regular updates and overview on recent regulatory changes to Legal Team that may impact the business.
