About Our Client

The employer is a well-established manufacturing company with a strong market presence in Asia, with strong projection for its growth in the country.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with all company permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit routine reports to relevant government authorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with government and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee General Affairs (GA) operations, including office facilities, legal documentation, and employee services.
  • Ensure implementation and monitoring of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
  • Manage and streamline administrative processes to support site operations efficiently.
  • Provide legal support and guidance, particularly in matters related to manufacturing compliance.
  • Support export-import activities and liaise with customs and trade authorities when required.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Legal, General Affairs, and Regulatory functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business Law or related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of local laws, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in export-import compliance and documentation is highly advantageous.
