Job summary

PT Auraluxe Indonesia is seeking a proactive Leasing Supervisor to support retail expansion across Indonesia. You will identify potential locations, conduct site evaluations, and negotiate lease terms, while managing landlord relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–5 years in leasing or retail real estate, strong negotiation and Excel/PowerPoint skills, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations, shopping malls, department stores, and commercial properties for business expansion.
• Conduct market surveys, site assessments, and competitor analysis to support location decisions.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, service charges, and commercial agreements with landlords.
• Build and maintain relationships with mall management, landlords, developers, and leasing agents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings, relocations, renewals and closures.
• Monitor lease agreements, renewal schedules, and contractual obligations.

The Leasing Team plays a strategic role in supporting Auraluxe’s retail expansion by identifying, securing, and managing premium commercial locations that align with our brand positioning and business objectives. Working closely with Retail Operations, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Store Development teams, we ensure that our boutiques, stores, and retail counters are located in high-potential locations that drive customer traffic and business growth.

We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and relationship-oriented professional who has strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of retail leasing, property management, and commercial real estate. Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Supervisor to support the expansion and optimization of Auraluxe’s retail footprint across Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential retail locations, conducting site evaluations, negotiating lease agreements, managing landlord relationships, and ensuring all leasing activities align with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure strategic locations, monitor lease performance, and support the successful opening and operation of new stores and retail counters. Your contribution will be instrumental in strengthening Auraluxe’s market presence and supporting sustainable retail growth.

As a Leasing Supervisor, you will play a key role in executing retail expansion strategies while ensuring favorable commercial terms, compliance with company standards, and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations, shopping malls, department stores, and commercial properties for business expansion.
• Conduct market surveys, site assessments, and competitor analysis to support location selection decisions.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, service charges, and commercial agreements with landlords and property owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, landlords, property developers, and leasing agents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of store openings, relocations, renewals, and closures.
• Monitor lease agreements, renewal schedules, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance and business continuity.
• Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and location analysis reports for management review.
• Support budget planning and monitor occupancy costs to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams regarding lease documentation and payment processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on leasing activities, expansion projects, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Leasing, Retail Expansion, Property Management, Real Estate, or related functions.
• Experience handling leasing activities for retail, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or commercial property industries is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of retail leasing processes, commercial agreements, and property market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and financial feasibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to travel frequently for site visits and expansion projects across Indonesia.
