About the role

As the Leasing Marketing Manager Mall at PT Samarinda Central Plaza, you will drive the commercial leasing and marketing strategy for this prominent retail property. This full‑time position is based in Samarinda Kota, East Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing plans to attract high‑quality tenants and maximise occupancy rates.
  • Negotiate and manage lease agreements with prospective and existing tenants to ensure optimal lease terms.
  • Liaise with the property management team to maintain strong tenant relationships and address operational issues.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new leasing opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive footfall and tenant sales.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on the mall’s leasing and marketing performance.
  • Mentor and guide the leasing and marketing team to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience (3+ years) in commercial leasing, property marketing, or retail management within the real‑estate industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful leasing and marketing strategies for shopping malls or retail properties.
