About the role
As the Leasing Marketing Manager Mall at PT Samarinda Central Plaza, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial leasing and marketing strategy for this prominent retail property. This full-time position is based in Samarinda Kota, East Kalimantan, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of this dynamic shopping mall.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing plans to attract high-quality tenants and maximise occupancy rates
Negotiate and manage lease agreements with prospective and existing tenants to ensure optimal lease terms
Liaise with the property management team to maintain strong tenant relationships and address any operational issues
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify new leasing opportunities
Lead the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive footfall and tenant sales
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to update senior management on the mall's leasing and marketing performance
Mentor and guide the leasing and marketing team to ensure a high level of service and professionalism
What we're looking for
Significant experience (3+ years) in commercial leasing, property marketing or retail management within the real estate industry
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful leasing and marketing strategies for shopping malls or retail properties
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with tenants and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends and optimise occupancy and financial performance
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Familiarity with the commercial property landscape in Samarinda and East Kalimantan is preferred
