About the Role

You will work as a Leasing Manager where you will be responsible for carrying out commercial area marketing activities according to the scope to obtain potential tenants in accordance with the company's strategy and targets so that it can support the achievement of company targets.

Responsibility :

• Develop a tenant composition strategy, so that it can boost mall operations and generate traffic.
• Ensure that the correspondence schedule to tenants runs according to the applicable company timeline and procedures to support the achievement of company targets.
• Prepare cooperation proposals that are mutually beneficial for tenants and the company in accordance with applicable procedures, so that they can support the achievement of company targets.
• Establish good and professional cooperative relationships with all tenants (internal & external), so as to achieve mutually beneficial business cooperation.
• Ensure that all tenant payment processes run smoothly in accordance with applicable company procedures to support company operations.
• Ensure that all tenant rental rates are in line with applicable company procedures so that they will not cause potential company losses.
• Regularly monitor tenant sales achievements, so that you can identify potential tenants to increase the achievement of company targets.
