Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a Learning Solution Support and a Facilitator & Content Developer to help design and develop training modules, deliver high-quality training, and support ongoing professional development programs.

The role involves coordinating and monitoring training activities, preparing equipment for trainers, and contributing to ISO documentation and process improvement within the institution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experiences in education institution (tertiary education)
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Training/Instructor with related field
• Experience in Coordinating & Implementing Various Training Program

Responsibilities

• Support in all phase of Training Design and Development
• Assist in facilitate external public offering training to leverage BINUS brand
• Actively involved in ensuring all the Professional Development Program runs effectively
• Support in executing various program under his/her scope
• Support in Research & Innovation in Learning & Training
• Support in ensuring the Satisfaction Index of all Professional Development program above average
• Assist in designing and developing Training Module & Resources for staff level
• Assist deliver Training (As Instructor/Facilitator) for staff level and ensure high quality delivery
• Providing periodic report to direct supervisor
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

Learning Solution Support

• Support in all phase of Training Design and Development
• Support in monitoring and evaluating various programs under his/her scope
• Assist in prepare the equipment for trainer and module developer based on BCL&D Curriculum and their competency
• Support in facilitating external public offering training to leverage BINUS brand through BCL&D
• Actively involved in ensuring all the Professional Development Program runs effectively
• Support in executing various program under his/her scope
• Support in conducting continuous improvement through rigorous evaluation & monitor on the professional development program
• Support in Research & Innovation in Learning & Training
• Support in ensuring the Satisfaction Index of all Professional Development program above average
• support activities and program related BCL&D, especially for ISO preparation and Documentation
• Ensure that all process have run according SOP

Facilitator & Content Developer Activities

• Assist in designing and developing Training Module & Resources for staff level
• Assist deliver Training (As Instructor/Facilitator) for staff level and ensure high quality delivery

General Activity

• Providing periodic report to direct supervisor
• Support in giving suggestion improvement process especcially that related to Learning Solution
• Act as a Facilitator/Trainer in the relevant competencies areas as assigned by direct supervisor or based on institution’s need
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform other activities as assigned by direct Supervisor

Work Exposure/ Experience

• Minimum 2 years experiences in education institution (tertiary education), or
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Training/Instructor with related field, or
• Experience in Coordinating & Implementing Various Training Program

Special Skill

• Ability to Design & Develop Development Program
• Ability to Facilitate Development Program
• Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training program to enhance teaching and learning quality in higher education sector
• Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, cross-organizational
