Job Description

  • Conduct Learning Need Analysis (LNA) and create comprehensive learning program for Operations Team
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including team leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure the successful implementation of learning and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge management system to facilitate the sharing of best practices, standard operating procedures, and essential information for the Operations Team.
  • Evaluate learning programs and generate reports for the Operations Team
  • Conduct technical assessments to assess the proficiency of acting employees and identify areas requiring further development or training.
  • Manage and oversee the reward program for couriers, including riders and drivers, to recognize and incentivize exceptional performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead projects to improve our operations' quality, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and track progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering) or a similar field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating learning and development programs.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on quality improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and drive positive change.
