The Opportunity:

As a Trainer - PT, you will oversee the entire Personal Trainer development program. This role involves providing consultation and advisory support to enhance the performance of the stakeholder team, crafting employee development initiatives, and assessing their impact on the organization.

What You Will Do:
  1. Collaborate with leaders and managers to conduct internal training at the club and develop learning strategies for club cluster trainers.
  2. Assess the impact of training programs on employee performance through systematic evaluation.
  3. Deliver training materials aligned with your expertise.
  4. Work with a learning assistant to generate regular reports for stakeholders.
  5. Participate in strategic business and HR projects, such as FIT HUB Challenge and marketing activities, as necessary.
  6. Deliver club visit reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
  7. Mentor new Personal Trainers in your region.
What We Need:
  • A university degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a personal trainer.
  • Experience in overseeing personal trainer development initiatives.
  • Certification in personal training.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills when engaging with stakeholders.
  • A team player attitude.
  • Willingness to travel for training projects.
