The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting, along with strong facilitation and communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis and promoting a culture of learning within the organization. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in training/learning within luxury hotels or resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs across all departments.
• Lead on-boarding, orientation, and brand-mandated training.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Partner with Department Heads to align training with operational goals.
• Promote a learning culture through coaching, mentoring, and cross-training.
• Support career development, succession planning, and talent growth.
• Maintain training records, ensure compliance, and prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in training/learning within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning is an advantage.
