Job summary

Panin Dai-ichi Life is seeking a final-year student or fresh graduate to support Learning & Development and events. You will assist in preparing training materials, coordinating with trainers and vendors, and organizing employee engagement activities.

You will help manage registrations, attendance, and documentation while developing SCORM-based learning modules with SME content through Genially. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced corporate training environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of training materials, invitations, attendance lists, certificates, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs and events.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and internal campaigns.
• Manage event logistics, including venue preparation, equipment, catering, registration, and other event requirements.
• Maintain and update training and event records, attendance data, and documentation.
• Develop interactive SCORM-based learning modules using content provided by SMEs through Genially.
