Job Description:
Employee Development:
- Assess FM manpower performance and quality.
- Provide coaching and feedback.
Training Program Design:
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals and modules related to FM soft services.
- Implement training programs tailored to different skill levels.
- Create and maintain SOPs for various FM tasks.
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate in-person workshops, including hands-on training.
- Conduct virtual learning sessions.
- Lead induction and on-the-job training programs.
Service Quality:
- Build success metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct quality and performance audits.
- Monitor training outcomes and implement improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends.
- Revise and improve training materials regularly.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of training activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of SOPs, training materials, and safety standards.
Project Roll-Out Preparation:
- Design solutions for FM projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in FM, with at least 2 years in a training role.
- Strong knowledge of FM soft services, including cleaning, security, etc.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs, including SOP development.
- Strong understanding of service quality standards and KPIs for performance evaluation.
- Ability to design and implement learning modules.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to engage learners effectively.
