  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives through feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct all events related to building learning culture including internal training and learning competition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communication or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Familiarity with training evaluation models, such as the Kirkpatrick Model, is a plus.
  • Experience in event management is preferred.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Basic ability to analyze data using tools like Google Sheets.
